My Story

As a costume designer working with feathers for many years it was always a struggle to find what I needed. I would spend hours scouring the Internet and the feathers I wanted were either very expensive and/or only available to buy at wholesale. There was almost nothing available in the UK which meant long lead times from overseas.

I set about in sourcing the best selection of feathers possible, from the more common to the highly unusual, and to make these accessible to my fellow creatives. As I know often you only need a few of each type I offer small pack sizes to allow customers to buy a wider variety of feathers for their craft projects.

The majority of feathers that I sell are ethically/sustainably sourced and I aim to move away from all factory sourced feathers altogether over the next few years. I've been building a network of suppliers across the UK and even stock feathers that have been naturally shed from my Dad's own Homing Pigeons!
