POSTAL DELAYS

Shipping times are estimates only and are subject to postal service delays and queues at airport customs . 

Postal services are extremely busy October-December so please allow additional time when ordering at this time of year.

  

CANCELLATIONS

Whilst I am happy to cancel an order if I see the request in time, the majority of my time is spent away from the computer packing orders. I only go through messages once I am up to date on orders.
